2H Living is a new type of accommodation created in the city of León. The building is a unique space, dedicated to offering a sustainable, energy-efficient alternative, utilizing the latest technological applications in the sector, and built with a minimalist design worthy of major Spanish cities.
At 2H Living, we understand the importance of providing excellent service to our guests, who have several ways to contact us.
Reservations can be made on our website, by email, and through third-party platforms such as Booking.com and Airbnb.
The main service offered at 2H Living is accommodation in a private space: studios or apartments available for 1 to 4 people, depending on the type of accommodation.
Each apartment is equipped with a rest area, a private bathroom, and an area where guests can independently cook and eat.
One of the most important advantages of staying at 2H Living is the ability to enjoy the building’s common areas.

In the sleeping area, each accommodation comes with essential furnishings: a 150 x 200 cm or 180 x 200 cm bed, a nightstand, a night lamp, and a wardrobe. See amenities and technologies.
If you book a tourist accommodation, the cleaning service is included in your stay. For short- and medium-stay accommodations, please contact us.

From the link you receive by email, you can open the main entrance door by swiping your virtual key from the Web App. If you don’t have your mobile device, you’ll also be given an access code that you can use for the main entrance, your apartment/studio, and common areas.

The device located in our private parking lot recognizes the vehicle’s license plate, entered when booking this service. This allows users to access their parking space.
Access to common areas is provided in the same way as other access: through a link that takes the user to our WebApp or with the code.
When you make your reservation, you’ll receive the steps to the email address you specified. If you haven’t done so by then, you can do so up to three days before your check-in date.
Access the link you received in your email to log in to the WebApp. Go to the “Online Check-in” section of the main screen and complete the following steps:
- Scan your ID
- Check that the data read automatically is correct. If it isn’t, make the appropriate corrections.
- Take a selfie.
- Enter your signature to complete your online check-in.

You can check-in from 3:00 p.m.
The latest time you must leave your stay is 12:00 p.m.
Please respect the established schedules to facilitate cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guests.
Respect the hours of sleep and silence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
The maximum number of occupants allowed is indicated at the time of booking. The maximum number cannot be exceeded.
The celebration of parties or events is prohibited .
No pets allowed .
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated areas outside.
Please keep the apartment in good condition and return everything to its proper place at the end of your stay. Please dispose of trash in the appropriate containers and recycle properly.
Use appliances carefully and according to the instructions provided. Please report any malfunction or damage to the equipment immediately.
Any damage to the apartment, furniture, appliances, or other items must be reported to the management.
Only the people registered on the reservation are allowed in the apartment. Unauthorized visitors are not allowed without prior consent from the property.
Guests are asked to use electricity, water, and other resources responsibly, turning off lights and air conditioning when not needed.
The accommodation reserves the right of admission.
Payment for the reservation must be made at the time of online check-in.
